Christmas in July and EQ7 Row Along

Christmas is my most favorite season of the year.
We have so much to celebrate and be thankful for.
Did you know there are only 149 days until Christmas?

This year, I finished my very first Christmas quilt.

I used a variety of different quilting.
(A new step for me)
I have never mixed hand and machine quilting.
I hand quilted around the snowflakes using Aurifil 12 wt.
and them machine quilted with 50 wt.

I have been following Lori from the Inbox Jaunt for awhile now
and finally got daring enough to try out
a few of her free motion quilting techniques.
Her tutorials are amazing.

If you would like to check out the whole quilt
you can find it on Therm-O-Web today.
Plus they are giving away a prize package to one lucky person.
I am also working on a pattern for this,
so if you would be interested in testing it,
please comment or send me an e-mail.

On top of finishing the Let It Snow quilt,
I have been busy working on
an EQ7 Row Along sample quilt.

Material spread far and wide in my sewing room,
but you know the great thing about it.

I have not had to buy one piece of material for it.
What I have worked on so far,
has only required scraps and my stash.
Yeah!!
