W.I.P. Wednesday - Cupcakes and Animal Print

For all of you in the states, I hope that everyone had a Happy 4th of July.  We enjoyed family and  great food (My sis can make a mean potato salad).  Thanks to all the great men and women who came before us and fought for our freedoms, so that we can enjoy each other and all the things we love to do.

Here are just a few pictures of the week:

I have been working on a few more bike pouches for my nieces. Every time I go to the fabric store, they get cuter duck canvas to make them in. Cupcakes, Popsicles and Animal Print - Every girls dream!

My Red, White and Blue Zig Zag Quilt - Yeah!  My very first!

I have also been working on a new pattern for some fancy potholders.  They are just for setting on the table to set a hot dish.   They are very easy and a pretty addition.  (At least I think so)  I think that they will be my some of my gifts for Christmas time.  We have decided to do a completely homemade Christmas. (Except for what Santa brings)  So, we all have been getting busy figuring out exactly what we would like to make each other and family.

W.I.P. - A couple potholders in the works
Four bike pouches
Deciding which quilt to start next

What have you been working on?

    1. You don't have to wait any longer. I thought of your blog name while I was working on them. They reminded me so much of a Celtic Knot.
