Final Day to the X Block Hop + Giveaway

Here we are at the final
day of the

A huge thank you to Doris
and the new owner of
these fun templates,
that come in a variety of sizes.

or

I chose to use the template pictured
above.

I was able to play with
a few designs in EQ8
and came up with this fun,
and kind of crazy quilt.

Let's just say I stepped out of my comfort zone
on this quilt as well.
The colors are way brighter and
more vibrant that any that I have
done before.

I just did a little straight line quilting
with a some Aurifil 40 wt. in #1231.
It matched the Kona Chartreuse
to a tee.

I love that you can take a simplistic
block and make it into a
complex design.

If you are interested in
the templates,
you can find them HERE.

There will be some awesome
creativity, so go and check out today's hoppers.
