I have always loved the look of the Granny squares, but when I saw the Great Granny at Bee In My Bonnet. I had to try them out myself. She had the pattern all there ready to give a try. Here are my first five blocks.
This one is my favorite block! I love the typewriter in the center!
I only have 11 more to complete before I have enough.

I've just finished my Granny and loved it and now there is a Great Granny and I think I will have to try this out too. Love your blocks and I agree the one with the typewriter is lush.
