Watkins Star Pattern Release and Testers Reveal

After finishing my picnic quilt, I decided to

write the PATTERN
14 pages, 16 photos....
and you can find it HERE...
It is my VERY FIRST QUILT PATTERN!!
I never imagined two years ago
when I picked up quilting that I
would be writing a pattern.

I made a call out on my blog and some
very gracious ladies tested out
and here are a few of the results.....

Aren't they just gorgeous?  It amazes me
how the same pattern can look so different.
One of these ladies had never pieced a quilt before.

I have several more to show you,
but I will save them for tomorrow.

Thanks again to these lovely ladies
who were so willing to lend a hand.

  3. This is really a fabulous pattern...for so many ladies to "make it their own"; they really are each beautiful in their own right! Great job Amy, and testers. Love how the pattern was used in different ways too...just the inspiration I needed.

  4. All so beautiful, and so different. I too am always amazed at how one pattern can be done exactly the same, with different fabrics, and look like a complete different pattern.
