Blog Remix Infinity Scarf with the Fat Quarter Shop

I was so excited to join in
on the fun with the
Fat Quarter Shop and
the Blog Remix.
Fat Quarter Shop Quilting Fabrics and Supplies

There is going to be a
variety of different projects over
the next couple weeks to either
get your creative juices flowing
or maybe start and finish a
few Christmas gifts.

(Yes, I really just said Christmas)
Hard to believe but we are already
half way through the year and
a few more days closer
to my favorite time of the year.

Here is the Remix project that I will be showing you.
Picture below courtesy of Fat Quarter Shop.

They are beautiful infinity scarves that
are only supposed to take 30 minutes
or less.
You can hope over to the Fat Quarter Shop
and grab this free pattern.

I chose to make my scarf in this beautiful Rayon
fabric that I had on hand from Island Batik.
It is called Chambray Spa.

It is so soft and such a pleasure to sew.

A lovely floral print such as this would
also make a gorgeous scarf.

You can find it HERE.
They have a beautiful selection
of fabrics, check out the Rayons!!

The rayon is so nice and soft,
plus when you wash it,
you won't have to worry so much about
needed to iron it.

Well, the pattern on course says,
30 minutes, and my head said,
Yeah a totally winner.

Which I have to say, it
WAS!!

I could so make a couple more of these as
gift for my nieces.
I am sure that they would love
to have one.
Go to the Jolly Jabber and
check out the other scarves
and what the

Fat Quarter Shop Quilting Fabrics and Supplies

has planned for the next blog remix project.
