I thought I would share a few free patterns that I have came across the last few weeks. Like I have wrote before, I totally love the variety of free patterns from Lily Sugar n' Cream. Plus, if you sign up for their newsletter, you receive updates on the new pattern on their site.
I like to make several of my own patterns, but when I am in a hurry I like to just peek at the cute ones that others have designed and try them out. The pumpkins are from Lily Sugar n' Cream site. Totally easy and so cute.

I then found this turkey on the Red Heart yarn site. Once again completely free. I changed it slightly and sewed his legs onto the front of his body so he could sit on his little round bum.
Now, I have the perfect addition to my Thanksgiving table. The turkey totally makes me laugh. On to a bit more orange......
Following along with my complete insanity, I decided that I will be crocheting 6 afghans before Christmas. Yes, I said 6. This one is using the same pineapple pattern book that I had used for the previous afghan I finished. It is made from Caron Simply Soft yarn. It is sooooo soft. I love it and even better I found it for a fraction of the price on Clearance. Have to love a good sale!!!!
I thought I would leave you with a feathered fella. We saw him just across the street in out neighbors tree. He turned to look at us a couple times. I love that the kids got to see him. Well, back to the old crochet hook. I am pretty sure my fingers are going to be raw come Dec. 25th.
Pin It Now!
I so love your pumpkins and turkey. Very cute. You must crochet like the wind :D
ReplyDeleteThe pineapple pattern looks great. I hope you get them all finished in plenty of time.
