Quilt Qwazy Queens Blog Hop

It's hard to believe but this is
my 4th year of quilting.
I started off really small.
It was a quilted bag, that
I entered into a competition with
Moda.
While I didn't win, it did
jump start this love of
Fabric and Thread
That makes me a Quilter. (I did make it to the top 10)
Well, my blog name does say a lot as well.

Here is just a small bit of what
I have done in four years.

Designed and hand quilted by me.
This is just one of my favorite quilts.

I also enjoyed finishing this
quilt up.  It was my WIP pile
deciding on exactly how I would like to
finish up.

And this pretty quilt named "Jared's Star" created for
a young man that recently
past away from lung cancer.
It was a very emotional quilt
to finish creating.

I also decided this year to head
up a blog hop, a new adventure
that makes me a bit Quilting Crazy.
Here are the first two month blocks,
You can find out more here.

Most of what I have created,
has gone to others, so I decided to make a little
something of my own.
Here is my very recent creation.

A little luck of the Irish to add to my table.
I finished it just in time to
enjoy over the last few day.

It is completely hand quilted.
I used HeatnBond Lite for
the clovers and then was able to
blanket stitch around the clover.
You can find some other great products to use over
at Thermoweb , where I contributing blogger at.

I am writing the pattern for this little cutie,
and would love to have a few pattern testers.
If you are interested, please contact me.

I feel like I've known you for the last 2 1/2 years, so it's like a huge HUGE WoW, to find out you've only been quilting for four years. Amy, these are beautiful quilts, and while I normally don't care for working with solids, I thought your hexie quilt was amazing. Jared's Star very emotional, I can certainly understand why it would be difficult.
