Fat Quarter Shop Star Crossed

I have been admiring the beauty of
Fresh Cut by Basic Grey fabrics.
They have such a sweet vintage
feels to them.

I have been debating what to
use these beauties on.

Then the Fat Quarter Shop recently released a new pattern
called Star Crossed based on an
antique quilt they loved.

I thought that the pattern
fit the beautiful fabrics.

I was going to make a pretty little
lap quilt to have in my
living room to cuddle up with
during the cold winter months.

But, I started putting the blocks
together and absolutely fell
in love with the scrappy
stars.

Now, I have plans now to make this into
a queen sized quilt.
I would have loved to have it
all pieced together,
but life sometimes
has different plans.

I can't wait to have this
beauty all finished and
gracing my bed.

The Star Crossed pattern gives you the sizes to make a
Lap, Twin, Queen or King size.
