Hello, Sunrise!!!
There is nothing like a beautiful bunch a Kona fabric,
Aurifil thread, Amanda Murphy's book
And a blog hop to get the creative juices flowing.
Thanks again to our lovely sponsors!!
After, drooling (shh, don't tell anyone)
over Amanda's amazing
designs, I decided to try this...
After, drooling (shh, don't tell anyone)
over Amanda's amazing
designs, I decided to try this...
I made one pillow and it was lonely so....
I made another.
The pattern was from Amanda Murphy's
Color Essentials book and I couldn't be happier with them.
I used some geometric quilting.
It was a lot of twisting the fabric
but it worked so well with Amanda's
Designs.

Well, what do you do with a lot of extra fabric?
You make another project
It was my own design.
A Little Sunshine!
I used Aurifil 12 wt. in my sewing machine to outline the star
and I loved the results. I found a little tutorial here.
