If you have a good afternoon and a great friend, you can do quite a bit. It is a lot of hard work, but we just measure out the juice to what recipe we use and freeze it. We have fresh grape jelly throughout the winter. I figu...Hi, I haven't tried grape jelly before. I figured it would be a hassle to cook the grapes then strain the liquid to avoid the skins but using grape juice is a great idea.
